David A. Erhart

Prior to joining Hume Law, Mr. Erhart was a civil litigator at one of the largest law firms in the United States.

Mr. Erhart previously served as a law clerk for Deputy Chief Justice Lisabeth T. Hughes of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He gained experience drafting legal opinions for matters pending before the Court including discretionary review, matters of right, writs, interlocutory actions, and attorney discipline. Additionally, Mr. Erhart previously served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney prosecuting felony crimes that occurred in Louisville Kentucky.

When not spending time with his family, Mr. Erhart enjoys photography, writing, and professional sports.
